Boost Our Impact – Help Fund the Future

Assist with fundraising by supporting outreach, donor engagement, and grant research. Your efforts help sustain and grow the work we do.

What You'll Do

The Development Committee meets monthly—either in person or via Zoom—to preserve our rich history by securing the financial resources needed to propel Historic Red Hook forward. Our current programs include:
✅ Fundraising – Creating innovative and diverse campaigns to support our programs
✅ Grant Quests – Helping to identify and seek out opportunities to secure grants and work on proposals.
✅ Donor Cultivation – Developing and strengthening our relationship with our current and prospective donors
✅ Legacy Giving – Encouraging forward thinking-thinking philanthropy by helping to promote legacy giving programs

What We're Working on Now

Depending upon the time of year, we are working on a variety of initiatives including our annual fundraising appeal and our on-line auction. We are also working on securing sponsorships for event like our Cemetery Crawl and Holiday Party

Time Commitment

🕒 Monthly meetings + special project participation as needed. Flexible opportunities available!

✔️ No experience required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.
