Historic Red Hook has recently moved the collections to their new home! You can visit our archives at the StoryStudio at 5 Cherry St. (View map)
The archives are currently open on Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, the first Saturday of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and by appointment. Email info@historicredhook.org to make an appointment.
Visit the StoryStudio for published materials (histories, biographies, genealogies, pamphlets, postcards, maps, etc.) as well as photographs, correspondence, diaries, journals, financial records, field books, minutes, scrapbooks, research materials, subject files and genealogical files, all related to the history of Red Hook.
After a free first half-hour, archival research assistance is available at a charge of $50 per hour ($30 per hour for members). To schedule assistance or make an appointment, please contact us at info@historicredhook.org or 845-758-1920.
